Order Processing
Orders placed on htttps://seafloraskincare.com are typically shipped out within 3 to 5 business days of receiving payment. However, it can take anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks to receive your order, due to the shipping company.
Shipping Method
Seaflora uses Canada Post for shipment of most orders within North America.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within the US and Canada. Some products also come with free shipping.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once the order has left our facility.
Local Pickup
If you chose local pickup instead of shipping, we will notify you by phone when your order is ready for collection.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. See Return and Refund Policy for more information.
Forwarding Companies
Seaflora is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, non-delivery, non-pickup or loss of orders that are shipped to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for such orders.
Price Adjustments
If you purchased a product and later find it at a lower price due to a sale on our website (ie, Black Friday) or through one of our authorized stockists, we do not offer price adjustments or refunds for the difference. This policy applies to all promotional events, including our regular weekly sales and annual events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
