At Seaflora Skincare Inc. (“Seaflora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the personal nature of skincare, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy for all purchases made through seaflawlessskin.com or any of our authorized retailers.
No Returns or Refunds
Once a product has left our facility, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, regardless of whether the product has been opened or not. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.
Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products
We will replace any product that arrives broken or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 1-877-713-7464. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
Product Use and Skin Reactions
Please note that while Seaflora Skincare products are food-grade and hypoallergenic, individual reactions may vary:
- Seaweed, our main ingredient, may cause a natural skin purging process when you first start using our products. This process typically lasts a few weeks and is normal.
- As with any skincare product, some individuals may be allergic to certain ingredients, even natural ones like aloe vera.
- We recommend patch testing our products before full application if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies.
Store Credit
In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer store credit to maintain customer relationships. This is not a guarantee and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Missing Items

International Customers
Please note that this policy applies to all our customers worldwide. If you are ordering from outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union: While we acknowledge the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, due to the nature of our products and our strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to the cooling-off period.
