ARE SEAFLORA PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
Seaflora products are made with USDA-certified organic seaweeds, marine minerals, and ocean mud.
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IN SEAFLORA PRODUCTS?
Other ingredients used in Seaflora products are certified organic or food grade.
WHAT HARMFUL INGREDIENTS ARE SEAFLORA PRODUCTS FREE FROM?
Seaflora products are always free from the following harmful or environmental hazardous ingredients:
- herbicides or fungicides
- genetically modified ingredients (GMOs)
- artificial fragrances
- sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate (SLS)
- mineral oil
- imidazolidinyl urea
DO SEAFLORA PRODUCTS CONTAIN INGREDIENTS MADE WITH GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS (GMOS)?
No. Seaflora products are never made with genetically modified organisms (GMOs). All soy- and corn-derived ingredients used in Seaflora products are GMO-free.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE FOR SEAFLORA PRODUCTS?
We recommend using your Seaflora products within two years after purchase, and within one year after opening.
DO YOU USE PARABENS AS A PRESERVATIVE IN SEAFLORA PRODUCTS?
No. Parabens are not used in Seaflora products. We rely on a carefully selected, safer alternative instead. What shipping method do you use to ship your products? How long does it take to receive your products?
CAN I USE SEAFLORA PRODUCTS IF I’M ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH?
Yes. You can use Seaflora products even if you have a shellfish allergy. Compounds responsible for shellfish allergy are not found in seaweed.
WHY DOES MY SKIN TINGLE AFTER APPLYING SEAFLORA MASQUES OR FACIAL EXFOLIANTS?
A high concentration of vitamins and minerals in seaweed can cleanse and detox the skin. A tingling sensation, along with localized redness, might appear when you apply Seaflora products on the skin. This is normal and usually goes away within 10-20 minutes of use.
ARE SEAFLORA PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
We do not use animals to test our products. In addition to respecting the safety and humanity of animals, we are advocates for the environment and leaders in sustainable business practices.
WHY DO SOME SEAFLORA PRODUCTS VARY IN COLOR?
Seaweeds vary in color depending on the species, seaweed harvest time and location. We proudly handcraft each product in small batches. For those reasons, you might find that some Seaflora products vary in color.
ARE SEAFLORA PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY?
We recommend discussing the skincare you are using with your physician. All our certified organic or food grade ingredients are detailed on our labels. Some of our products also contain organic essential oils, such as lavender. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
